Beware. Awful place to buy a car. Had problems with it the first day I took it off the lot... after I bought it and wanted the things fixed that were wrong with it, I had to go through hell and back. Drove back and fourth just to hear excuse after excuse, it was either the mechanic wasn't in or the part wasn't in after they told me the part was in or to come by , just blatant lies. They wouldn't let me take it to a mechanic to have it looked at before purchasing. Wasted a lot of gas, time, and money, to get them to help me and they wouldn't until I was about to seek legal action... The associates are horribly rude and forget you exist after you buy from them... The positive reviews on here are probably from the associates themselves. Don't ever do business with them. It would be a monumental mistake, save the headache.
I would definitely recommend Ballpark auto to any of my friends and family. The hospitality and customer service that they display is top notch which is a far cry from what most independent dealerships have to usually offer. The staff values their customers to the fullest as they take the time to understand your exact needs and do everything they can to provide a solution to them. The cars are also of great quality too which is a plus :).
They treated me like dirt and cheated me big time... Honest to goodness do not deal with this company or it's staff it's a legit nightmare.
