Although they are usually incredibly busy, I always receive fair prices, honest assessment of my car's needs. If you have a Prius, it's one of the rare shops that can handle battery issues.

Horrible service. First off, the day I was supposed to pick it up I told the guy to leave it outside for me since I will be picking up after hours. After I had someone take me to pick up my car, they had it locked up in the gates without my tires done or anything that they said would be done that day. They didn't even call me to let me know. The next day they told me they ordered the wrong tires. Went up there thinking it was done, ordered them wrong again. Last but not least I had to get 5 tires and he only ordered 4. Horrible communication. I never got one phone call, every time I tried to call the line was busy. It was really an inconvenience. I definitely would not recommend this place. Won't be going back.
