Helpful, courteous, and have most things one will need .
PROS:I never go to the big box stores like Lowes or Home Depot because at Quality Hardware there is actually friendly people there ready to help. I don't have to spend forever to walk miles to get to a department then waste hours after pushing a button for a miserable persons attitude.
CONS: There might be some items that are not organized but there is plenty of help to get you the right thing.
Rude manager, will follow you and make comments as if you are a thief. Never have I ever been made to feel like this and it has happened three times. Watched an ex marine go into ptsd episode after they did the same to him. WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK AGAIN. Use to like this place but all the great people left. As stated above, I KNOW NOW WHY THEY LEFT...RUDE FEMALE MANAGER AND CASHIERS. UGH! Oh and was told the customer was not always right. Hmmmm? You make a mistake and the customer is wrong, NO SERVICE SO I SAY NO TO THEM GETTING MY MONEY! Worst place for service, as well as smart alec woman manager. When you upset a SERVICE MEMBER and treat with disrespect, YOU WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN! If I could give 0 stars I would. :(
