This place is NOT CUSTOMER friendly!!!!! I went with one of my friends to pick up a 50 inch TV she pawned. When they brought the TV out it was cover with an inch of dust. My friend ask them to test the TV to make sure it was still working order, because when she dropped it off it was working. They were very smart about it and said she could test it and that they didn't do that. Then she found a big scratch on the screen that was not there when she dropped it She said something about the scratch and they said can you prove that we did it. Then they said to her if you don't like it you do not have to come back! WOW! BEWARE!!!!

Took my hp 2000 Windows 8 laptop to them & they only offered me 50 bucks. Went to cash America in high point & they gave me 146 for it. Double the money & then some.! Glad I did not decide to give it to them because I would have lost out on a lot.! Don't get me wrong the ppl who work there are nice & friendly & did say that it was a good laptop but I'm just grateful I went to cash America.
