The staff are wonderful, amazing breakfasts. The beds are so comfortable we just kept extending our stay.
I was traveling 5 hours to attend High Point Furniture Market, and eager to check into my and freshen up from being on the road. When I checked in and go to my assigned room walked in turned on the lights and was shocked to someone sleeping in the bed. Still having to go to the bathroom, I had to go back to the front desk to find out why they assigned me a room with someone sleeping in it. The front desk staff did not even offer an explanation, but only assigned me to a different room. THIS IS NOT NORMAL! Not to mention that the prices are jacked up 2-3 times for High Point Market, I was not treated with respect that a regular business traveler should receive. This place is getting old and falling apart. I would not recommend this place to anyone. High Point Market Authority should take this hotel off their bus route.
Good rooms and pleasant staff members. Lackluster breakfast.
Friendly staff, room was clean but smelled a bit musty, beds were comfortable, had issues with electronic door lock not working but was fixed by maintenance. Fresh baked cookies, popcorn and infused water are nice treats for guest. All in all it wasn't the best nor the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
The breakfast is a full hot fresh breakfast everyday with variety staff repeatedly stated that their goal was to please!!!!
From the first contact to the last contact friendly, helpful staff. No request ignored or not helped with would recommend over any other hotel in the area.
