Dr.Brandyberry is a wonderful, talented, & caring dentist! His office staff are friendly and well schooled. Also the hygienist {Sarah}; is very thorough,& meticulous w/her treatments... and also a people person. The office is clean and well equipped, and in a convenient location.
The dental hygienists are great and the cost of a cleaning is a lot less than my old dentist's office. The staff are a lot nicer too.
Very nice facility and everything but I'm new there and I asked if they took my insurance and they said yes. I went for my first visit and my insurance covered the cleaning. But I had to have a tooth worked on and they gave me the total of what insurance shouldn't cover and I paid it. Then I get a bill about 4 months later and I go up to the dentist and they said wait and don't pay it and let me check to make sure we filed it with your insurance and then I got another bill and I called them and then they said they are out of network with all insurance so I got stuck paying the difference when they knew from the get go they wouldn't cover that kind of work. If you ever go make sure u ask 100 questions or they will g er the you in the long run. I got my information from them and I will be going somewhere else..
