Great dentist and staff. Every one was very pleasant and helpful. I am recommending Dr Darr to everyone I know.
Please listen to the reviews! DO NOT go to this place. My boyfriend went there a week ago because he was in severe pain and needed a tooth extraction. The lady at the front desk who is "nicely rude" said it would be $100 upfront until the insurance paid. The dentist didn't even pull his tooth. They made him wait a week and gave him 8 pain pills. They said for him to take them at night. So, what is he suppose to do during the day? Obviously the Tylenol he had been taking wasn't helping. (His tooth has been broke for years). So we come back a week later, no antibiotics before or after, and the dentist ended up cutting his tongue while doing the extraction. Seriously? Then we go to check out and the lady at the front desk said it was a balance of $135. I told her we didn't have it, that we paid the $100 last week and she said " well if you knew you weren't going to have the money for this appointment you should have had your tooth extracted while you were here last week" I said "it's not our fault the dentist didn't want to pull his tooth last week" she said "yes it is" I told her we wouldn't be coming back, and I asked her for a dr. Note for work, she wouldn't give me one. She said his workplace could call her. Very unprofessional. I could understand him not having his tooth pulled at his first visit for an infected tooth, but it was fine. They just want your money. They don't care at all about your well being. I will be looking into reporting this place further.
My children and I have been seeing Dr. Darr for many years. She had high standards and takes pride in her work. Her staff has always been professional and personable. I LOVE the Oraspa treatments with my cleanings. I highly recommend this dentist and her staff!
Great staff! They are friendly, personable, and more than professional. I've had quite a bit of dental work done over the years and my experience with Dr. Darr has been more than pleasant. Their attention to making their patients comfortable is a nice touch. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The technology they use to properly diagnose a course of action has saved me quite a bit of money. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Darr and her staff are amazing. I have always hated going to the dentist due to a bad experience as a child from an old dentist. Pam and the staff know this and makes my appointments great and relaxing. I don't think the negative comments are true. You may have had a bad experience there but she has been a blessing to me. Thanks to Dr. Darr and her staff. Also you must try the dental spa. There is no additional cost but you have to request it. It's a very relaxing time instead of being all tensed up. I'm glad I found this amazing team!
